QC ASSOCIATE MANAGER
Key Accountability Areas
Manage Quality Control Area
Responsible
to ensure all products shipped from Indonesia meet Worldwide Mattel
Quality Standard, safety, and customer expectation
Respond to any and all customer complaints
Coordinate with other departments necessary for corrective actions regarding critical issues
Communicate regularly with Engineering and Production Departments and CPI (Corporate Product Integrity)
Keep Quality System in Indonesia Aligned with other PI plants
Requirements
Bachelor Degree (S1) with in Engineering.
Experience Min. 2 years in a manufacturing environment, a similar position is a plus.
Preferably having knowledge of ISO 9001
Has leadership and analytical skills
Proactive and results oriented
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate both oral and written in English
Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi)
